Adjustable Training:
The shuttle is held by a fully adjustable magnetic power system. Rotate the twist knob on the shuttle to increase or decrease the magnetic power. Start with a lower setting and increase it as you build strength and swing speed.
Accuracy Matters:
Regular training with the power stick also builds accuracy. To get the loudest smack at exactly the right time, you must have sound mechanics. The lower body must lead the downswing, starting a chain reaction bringing the shoulders, arms, and hands hurtling with controlled fury onto impact zone.
